THIS AGREEMENT CONTAINS AN ARBITRATION PROVISION (SECTION 15) REQUIRING ALL DISPUTES TO BE RESOLVED THROUGH BINDING ARBITRATION ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS. PLEASE READ THAT SECTION CAREFULLY.

These Card Terms are in addition to the Dolafy Terms of Service and the Dolafy Privacy Policy available at dolafy.com/legal/privacy. In the event of a conflict between these Card Terms and the Dolafy Terms of Service, these Card Terms will control with respect to matters relating to the Card.
